I've shipped SaaS applications, led enterprise development teams, sold millions across direct e-commerce and affiliate, and spent millions running ads on Google, Meta, and a long list of platforms that don't exist anymore.

Some of those bets worked. Plenty didn't. Both taught me the same lesson: the people who win online aren't the loudest or the luckiest. They're the ones with a working system and the patience to run it.

The tools finally caught up. What used to take a team, a warehouse, and a fat ad budget can now be done by one person at a kitchen table. But most of the advice out there is written by people selling the dream, not living the work.
